How To Make a Comcast Bill Payment Online – My Account Help

Sign in to My Account to make a payment, activate paperless billing, or sign up for automatic payments. You can pay your Comcast bill with your credit card or with your check or savings account.

Make a One-Time Comcast Bill Payment Online for your Comcast

Note: Credit card payments and debits from check accounts can take up to a full business day to process and post to your account. If you want to give an advance to your bill, you can always pay more than the amount due, and the additional amount paid will go towards your next bill. Please note that for two payments with the same amount on the same day, you must use two different payment methods to ensure that the second payment is not rejected as a duplicate.

To set up a one-time payment online:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Click Make a Payment.
  3. Choose Current Balance or Pay another amount. Then, select a payment date from the calendar (if applicable).
     
  4. Select a saved payment method (if applicable) or enter a new bank account or credit/debit card number and click Continue.
    • If you enter a new payment method, you can save the payment method for future use by selecting the checkbox to save this account number for future purchases and agreeing to the Stored Payment Terms and Conditions.
    • If you want to make two payments with the same amount on the same day, you must use two different payment methods to ensure that the second payment is not rejected as a double payment.
  5. The Review Your Payment screen will appear. Click Submit Payment to complete the process.
    • Note: If you have this payment method in your account, you can sign up for automatic bill payment by checking the “I want to sign up for automatic payments, and I agree to the terms and conditions.”
  6. You will receive a confirmation message that your payment has been submitted. You can print and download your payment information for your records to save your confirmation and authorization numbers.
    • Note: Please note that the processing and booking of credit card payments and account debits may take up to a full business day.

How to Pay Your Comcast Bill without Signing In

You can pay your bill online without logging in to My Account. Use the Quick Bill Pay feature, which requires you to enter account-related information to verify your account.

Note: To pay your bill without signing in, you need to be on your home network.

  1. Visit customer.xfinity.com/lite.
  2. Select an authentication method from the options listed and click Continue.
  3. On the next page, fill out the required fields to verify your account and click Continue.
  4. A message will appear that your account has been confirmed. Select whether you want to pay the total balance due or pay another amount.
  5. Select your payment method and fill out the form with your bank account or credit/debit card information. Click Continue.

Check your billing information on the next page. Click Send payment. You will receive a confirmation message that your payment has been submitted.

How to make a Comcast bill payment using the Xfinity MY ACCOUNT APP

Need to assist using the Xfinity My Account app on your mobile device to pay your bill? You can pay your bill with the Xfinity My Account App and a credit card.

View Balance and Due Date with the Xfinity My Account App

  1. Sign in to the Xfinity My Account app with your Xfinity username and password (or any other registered email address or mobile number and password).
  2. The app displays your balance and due date on your home screen in the Billing section. Please note that the appearance of the home screen varies depending on the type of mobile device you are using.
  3. Tap View bill details and history for more information about your monthly statement. You can also tap View bill history to view statements in PDF format for up to 24 months. (Please note that your actual bill statement may differ from the image below.) When viewing the PDF copy of an invoice, you can print a copy using any printer connected to your home network.
  4. In the Billing Preferences section, you can also use your phone’s Touch ID feature to view billing details immediately.

Pay Your Bill with the Xfinity My Account App

To make a payment:

  1. Select Billing from the home screen.
  2. Select Pay Now.
  3. Select the payment amount and the date you wish to pay.
    • Note: If your account is currently delinquent, you’ll see an option to pay the specific amount needed to restore your service.
  4. Select a stored payment method or use a new method. If you choose New credit/debit card, go to step 5. If you choose New bank account, skip to step 8.
    • Note: Payments with Apple Pay cannot be scheduled for a later date. If you try to schedule a future payment for Apple Pay, you will receive an error message. For more information, see Paying Your Bill with Apple Pay.
  5. If using a new credit or debit card, enter your card information with the billing address that you wish to use. To enter the card number, you can enter the card information manually or select the camera icon (step 6) and scan your card. The option to Store this card for future payments is automatically checked.
    • Note: If you enter this information through the app, your saved payment methods will also be updated to xfinity.com/myaccount. If your credit or debit card expires soon, we’ll send you an email reminding you to update your payment method.
  6. Select the Camera icon to open your camera and align the card so that it’s inside the framed border. Once your card is framed, the picture will be taken automatically.
  7. The card number and expiration date will be populated based on your picture scan. Verify that this information is correct, enter the CVV number from the back of your card and click Done.
  8. If using a new bank account, select Checking or Savings. Enter the Account holder’s name, Routing number, and Account number.
  9. If you need assistance with the routing or account number, select the Help icon next to that item.
  10. If you want to store your payment information, select Store this account for future use, then select Next. Note that when you use the app again, you’ll have the option to choose a stored payment method or add a new one.
    • Note: This will also be saved for payments on xfinity.com/myaccount
  11. Verify the amount that you wish to pay. Click Submit Payment.
  12. If you attempt to make a duplicate payment, the following message will appear: “Unable to Process Payment. It looks like you are attempting to make a duplicate payment. You have to wait 24 hours before making another payment of the same amount using the same payment method.” Tap OK to confirm.
    • Note: If you’d like to make two payments of the same amount on the same day, you can do so as long as you use different payment methods for each. Otherwise, your second payment will be rejected as a duplicate.
  13. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation.

Paying your Xfinity bill is easy. There are many ways to access your account and make payments. To pay your Xfinity bill, you can:

  • Call 1-800-Xfinity (1.800.934.6489) to pay by phone for your Xfinity bill
  • Visit www.xfinity.com to make an online payment through Xfinity
  • Download the Xfinity My Account app to make an Xfinity payment via mobile
  • Visit an Xfinity location with the Xfinity Store Finder to personally pay your Xfinity bill
